Free first. The optional Launch Admin Pack is only for one-off help after the tool output is useful.

Check outputs before using them. Most tools run locally; the AI brief is built on this device; only paste it into another assistant when you choose to. Browser saves are unencrypted and stay on this device. Download important work as a backup.

How this tool works

  • True cost per unit is your direct cost plus monthly overheads divided by expected billable units. Include your own time at your chosen hourly cost, materials and subcontractors in direct cost; the tool does not add labour automatically.
  • Target margin is profit as a share of the selling price, rather than a markup on cost.
  • Card or platform fees apply to the VAT-inclusive payment. VAT is added to the selling price; it is not profit.
  • The suggested price depends on your cost and volume assumptions. Check the market and your capacity before quoting.

Worked example: £40 direct cost plus £200 overheads spread across 20 units gives £50 true cost per unit. A 25% margin with no fees or VAT needs an unrounded selling price of £66.666… (about £66.67).
