Find the evidence, choose the next move and keep the work connected—from your first question to money received and records ready for review.
Keep the source and the next step together.
Connected ways to work
Start with a question about your market or customers, then turn evidence into a practical next action.
A decision you can explain and an action you can follow through.
Keep the scope, price, quote, invoice and actual receipts attached to one piece of work.
A job history and reviewed receipts you can keep or hand over.
Decide whether the opportunity fits before investing time in a specialist response.
A bid/no-bid record and a deliberate next step.
Review confirmed receipts here. Use the cash forecast for assumptions, then QuarterReady for income and expense record review.
Choose its Download job handoff file to carry the document into a new customer job. This adds one draft with its customer, lines, dates and terms; your existing jobs and the original tool stay intact. Company registration numbers are kept in the original tool and are not included in this handoff.
Customers & jobs
Price your time, agree the work, prepare documents and record payments as they arrive.
Create a job for an enquiry, an agreed project or work you are ready to invoice. You can use the free tools independently at any time.
Review confirmed customer receipts, then keep or hand over the record. Invoice and tender values are kept separate from money received.
0 records · 0 reviewed · £0.00 confirmed receipts
Record an actual payment against an issued customer invoice to create its receipt record.
For expense imports, period review and your records handover, use the existing QuarterReady workspace. CSV import requires a signed-in QuarterReady workspace; the anonymous demo cannot import it. Your export remains usable for your records or accountant. Later corrections need review in QuarterReady too; another export does not reverse an earlier import. Account and storage are separate.
Open QuarterReady (new tab)Use the free constant-assumption cash planner for a separate forecast. Confirmed receipts here do not predict when future customers will pay.

Save the question, check public sources, record what you decided and create one practical next action. Search results and page extracts are evidence to review, not AI findings.
Start with a decision you actually need to make. No sample findings are mixed into your work.
Add public search words to enable Google and Bing for general web research. Only these words are sent when you choose a search. GOV.UK returns public guidance, not a general web or competitor search. External links send these words to the service you choose.
Save your question first to keep sources with it.
Before creating an action, save your decision and check at least one source. This does not verify the commercial outcome.
Growth
Keep the evidence, choose a next step and come back to review what happened. The checks below open separately; no working customer details are sent to them.
Search public sources and keep a decision linked to its action.

Open competitor brief builderNo growth actions yet. Start with a real question, then record the evidence and one change you can make.
Tenders
Record a real opportunity and the facts behind your decision. An early, informed no-bid can save time. Estimated contract value stays separate from income and payments.
Smart Tenders provides a separate specialist workspace for intake, evidence, drafting, review and exports. This tracker does not submit bids or sync private documents. Open it separately and choose what to share.
Start with the public bid/no-bid brief to investigate fit before investing in a full bid. Check every mandatory requirement against the official notice.
Use public search words on the official procurement sites, then keep the notice and evidence for your decision.
No opportunities saved. Add a notice you are actually considering; no sample tenders are mixed into your work.
