How this tool works
- Each line is rounded to the nearest penny, including its VAT, then the displayed lines are added to make the totals.
- VAT is off until you enable it. Use the VAT treatment that applies to your business.
- A quote records proposed scope and price. Check the validity date, exclusions and acceptance terms before sending.
- Print / Save as PDF opens your browser print dialog. Choose Save as PDF; copy and text download are also available.
Worked example: two items at £25.00 each make £50.00 net. With VAT enabled at 20%, VAT is £10.00 and the total is £60.00.
